Characters in Graphite

I love experimenting with new mediums for a new project, Treehouse Kids Reading. Painting and working with Art Graf watercolor graphite was exciting. The silky graphite has a gorgeous shimmer to the surface. I also used Faber-Castell Graphite Aquarelle (HB-8B) and Derwent Graphic 2B pencil to add details on the Fabriano Artistico extra white hot-pressed 140lb watercolor block.
